I use the one that's built into Windows XP (and Vista and 7). Unzips perfectly, is reliable and free (once you paid for Windows), and nicely integrates with Windows Explorer. So it seems to cover all your requirements (and more). Even better: it not only unzips, it zips also!

Highly recommended.

It's called 'compressed folders'.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306531 tells more about it.

Any zip-file you have shows as a folder in My Computer or Windows Explorer, and can be unzipped via a wizard.

You can also try Bitser which is freeware and supports zip, rar, iso etc... http://www.bitser.org

Not useful since the Bitser file comes zipped, so if you don't have a zip tool, it's useless.

no built in unzip function in win7 that I could find using both Help and Search.
