Clean Uninstall

I am trying to uninstal "CAR CHIP" after doing the Windows uninstal anf Quick Clean 4 files remain and I unable to delete them.
I have Gateway with Windows XP

What files?

Some uninstallations do not complete until after you restart the computer. Some leave configuration and user files behind, while others leave system files behind. Depending what and where they are, you may need to use a program such as Unlocker or MoveOnBoot to successfully remove them due to security restrictions and/or the files still being in use.
