Transcribing a audio file to a text file

Does anyone know of any free software or a web service that transcribes audio files into text files? I want to dictate my blog posts then post the text to my blog.

It doesn't need to be perfect. I don't mind editing the text, I just want something that works at least halfway.

If you must have free, then research that on google, etc. I have yet to find anything noteworthy.
