RoboForm Auto Logoff does not work.

This problem didn't always occur. I can't pinpoint it exactly, but it was sometime after the last couple of RoboForm or Firefox updates, or after upgrading to TrendMicro PC-Cillin 2007. Narrows it down, huh? I know I have the Auto Logoff set correctly, to log me off after 240 minutes. I'm on a PC running Win XP2 Pro, with the aforementioned Security program and the latest versions of RoboForm and Firefox.
I contacted RoboForm for support with this. In true Software Support Idiocy form, the first response was how to set Auto Logoff, which I had already told them was set for 240 minutes.
The second response, they told me "you have an application running on Vista that is not allowing your system to Idle, which you will notice as other programs which depend on idle time will also not be working." Naturally, I had already told them that I was running Win XP2 Pro, but do they read? Nooooooo.
The third time, I told them that there is not a single program that is not working properly, except for RoboForm. Herewith, their third response: "You have an application which is not allowing your computer to enter the IDLE state, or is pulling your computer out of the idle state, and this resets the counter used by RoboForm."
My questions, then, are 1) Why isn't RoboForm AutoLogoff working? The rest of RoboForm works just fine. 2) If it is indeed an application that doesn't let my computer enter the idle state, how come I don't notice this with anything else, and finally 3) How would I begin to check what and where this program is?
Thanks for slogging through this long post!
