Windows Live OneCare

Hello All. I'm simply looking for your opinion of this software program offered by windows. I am currently running Avast anti-virus, CA spam, ZoneAlarm firewall and Spyware Doctor. It would be nice to have everything under one roof, so to speak. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My feelings are similar to how I feel about all-in-one printers. And it appears that the same issues occur on both products.

-> The biggest issue with One Care is that it's a big target. If some bad person is going to craft a virus or pest then they'll surely test it against OneCare then the other big names. Your collection is down their test list so in my view is safer.

I think you could do better off with freebies.

And I also have spyware blaster installed, adaware, Spybot Seach & Destroy all free.

BTW I am not saying buy spysweeper without the anitivirus.

You could probably just do fine with freebies, I am saying that is what I use and it's pretty good, but like any antispyware program it doesn't catch all spyware.
