Problem deleting unneeded files

with two utilities G-Lock Temp Cleaner and Smart Pc. Does anyone have any idea why I would have a problem deleting unneeded files? Thank you.

I don't know,maybe their no good,not familiar with them.

I use CCLEANER

I'm thinking it has something to do with my system settings or something like that, but I am not really that advanced to actually pinpoint the problem myself.

G- Lock Temp Cleaner is free. Smart Pc is not free, but if you want to use it for free. I could put down the link (which would require you to register with some site and they will send you a code).

Just let me know if you want to use it for free. I think that is only the demo version.

Just put the link there just in case. Every month they give you something new away if you're on the mailing list. This month it was only a 30 day trial of some software.

I run temp cleaner or smart pc to remove junk files

right? And they won't delete when I scan with it again, the same files will show up. Any idea what the problem could be?
