HTML Web Host Problem

When I upload a file to my host I continue to get the old file instead of the new one - Sometime by changing the www. or just the http:// command I can get the file to view correctly but I changed colors on my site recently and I can't view it correctly - I've deleted temps , prefetch - %temp%_ - run scan disc - deleted all browsing history , searched for the file using the search command - I've had the host for awhile and the file is being correctly by other viewers. Is this my browser - IE-9 or are their hidden files on my computer I need to delete -
I'm showing the site with the color
6699CC
and it should be showing it in
2e3e6
Yeah - I've checked the file with my ftp - ( Coffee Cup FTP Editor ) and it reads right and the host says it viewing right also -

I reset my IE to the default

I reset my IE to the default and went to the site and refreshed both pages and it worked fine for both sites - May of had something to do with the compatability setting - Any hoot - I knew I'd figure it out - lol
RESOLVED !
