Help! Paper Jam

I have a Lexmark X4580 Wireless All-in-One Printer/ Copier/Scanner jammed up tight. 3 pieces of 5x7 paper went in & none came out. I can't see paper jam from either end. Troubleshooter says to push check button to clear jam but nothing happens. No response from their tech support I'm in the middle of printing wedding invites. PLEASE HELP!

Have printing services to get this done on time. As to the printer you will discover that repair costs should exceed a new printer. If you can't fix it yourself then get ready for new printer or using printer services near you.

Thanks for the Kinko suggestion but they were a joke, they sell the invitations for "customer use" but refuse to print on them. Still can't get into case to clear paper path. So much for "all in one" disposable units. No $$ to replace. Good thing I still remember longhand.
