All-in-one Virus Scanner+AntiMalware
The closest you can probably come to a single solution for Antivirus and Antimalware is Emsisoft's Anti-Malware solution, which is a dual-engine scanner. It has licensed some scanner technology from Bitdefender, and also runs its own from Emsisoft. There will, of course, always be _some_ that slip through the cracks, but Emsisoft generally ranks pretty highly on AV Test and AV Comparatives.
G Data's virus protection also uses a dual-scanner approach, but I am not sure how well it handles anti-malware in general. It sounds like it focuses on viruses, as do pretty much all anti-virus vendors. Because of this, the most common approach in practice is to run a dedicated virus scanner and then also an anti-malware scanner like MalwareBytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) and/or Emsisoft Anti-Malware (EAM). MalwareBytes and Emsisoft's products can typically run alongside a virus scanner without conflict - but most users I've seen tend to run them on-demand instead of real-time. Something like that would be my advice, as defense in depth (with several layers) is almost always going to be more secure anyway.
I hope this helps!
