TeenSafe is a SCAM

by tikkigod - 5/20/13 4:20 PM

I wanted to warn concerned parents of a scam that I fell into with a software program called TeenSafe
http://www.teensafe.com/ I signed up for the monitoring service for the free 6 day trial. That showed me literally nothing and I knew my child had texts from several people on her Iphone 4. It showed nothing. So I clicked the buy button 14.95 and still showed me nothing. I then immediately within 1 minute of clicking the buy button I sent support an email saying to cancel my account and refund any charges.
<div>I received an email back (assuming that they complied) based on their response. Here was their email back:<div>"From: Jim

</div><div>I just registered my teen safe
account today. I did a sample review and noticed that I cannot get updated text
messages (Iphone 4) and I noticed that it only downloads up to a certain date
which is almost a month behind. Please officially cancel my account and credit any charges that may have been placed on my credit card.

<div>Thank you in advance for all your

Well this company, Jim ***********, said NOPE you hit the pay button...it does not mater.

Folks, very shady company and software that does not work and website is about the most misleading I have ever seen.

Make your own decision but I found several other companies on the net that not only claimed what they have on their website but provided the same service.

My advice if you care about your childern in this electronic world....skip over TeenSafe.com there is way more ethical companies out there that provide what they claim.
