Virus or Hijacker problem

Someone downloaded ilivid,now can't start Windows unless I use recovery. When windows starts and I delete ilivid, and run Malwarebytes, and Superantispyware,and it finds a few items, deletes them, and tells me to restart. When I restart, the whole process starts over again,need to restore to earlier time again and all is back.

Time for backup then more tools.

Your first step should be to be sure what you can't lose is on your backups (yes, that's PLURAL!)

With that out of the way, try all the tools and scans Grif notes at the next link.

Bob and Grif.. Thank you very much, you apparently solved my problem (again).I surf this site every day and have learned fully 75% of everything I know about PC's from reading advice from you guys on here.I was happy to see your name under the first response Bob. Thanks Guys.

Thanks Bob for answering.. I always back up my important things to flash drive(s). I have run Malwarebytes and superanti spyware, but will try rkill and try again. Always good to find you and Grif on when I need help.
