I am using Win7, 4Gig RAM.Recently I had seen some unusual behavior on my system.I want to check whether I am hit by spyware . Which is the best anti spyware freely available?

2 of those block your internet connection when they expire until you pay up or pry them out of the system.

That's not good. In fact it has this thuggish feel to it. "But we're doing this to keep you safe!"
