Copyright Infringement Notice

I got one of these from my ISP but the IP address doesn't look right.
How do I definitively determine my IP address so as to confirm a match/non-match?
I've checked the addresses on my Airport Utility, System Preferences (I'm running a Mac by the way) and even googled 'what's my IP address?' and do NOT see a match between my IP address and the one that's listed on the Copyright Infringement Notice.
Thanks for any help in clarifying this for me.
