Spyware, viruses, & security forum: Activation of software through SMS?

As advised by you I will be contacting virustotal without undue delay with screenshots of alerts by eset smart security. Providing more clarifications in this regard
Trojan spy detected in the set up file of LIPI MALAYALAM TYPING SOFTWARE said to be developed by an alleged IT techie (said to be a trade union leader of IT employees of Kerala) by name A.D. Jayan who has already installed this software in the systems of umpteen political, bureaucratic and business heavyweights in addition to reputed educational, religious and social institutions freely for the reasons best known to the developer himself. The above trojan is a password stealer.

You go to their site, upload the suspect file and wait for an answer. It's a fully automatic process.

My profuse thanks again for providing me necessary tips for uploading the set up file to virus total. Currently I am undergoing load shedding which prevent me to upload the suspected set up file. Thank you once again. I will be contacting you tomorrow in this regard

As suggested by my friend, I disabled Eset smart and Spyware Doctor of Pc tools for installing the set up of the lipi malayalam typing software. Alas! My system windows 7 failed to generate LOCK_KEY which has to be sent to the help desk for obtaining the UNLOCK_KEY for activating this software which is said to be generated by key logger software instead of online activation key or code. Never heard of any legal/ licensed softwares activation through this unique SMS (offline) mode.

You seem to have been struggling with the same problem for at least 3 weeks.

Isn't there similar software which will do the job? Software which is less problematic?

Virus total confirmed that exe set up file of LIPI MALAYALAM TYPING SOFTWARE is loaded with key logger info stealer banco Trojan in the activation page (SMS- Offline mode) which was earlier detected by ESet smart security and affirmed by Spyware Doctor of PC Tools. Planning to legally move against the developer who was claiming that he was the first Keralite to develop Malayalam typing software in India for which he was honoured publicly by draping golden shawl around his neck for developing this dubious software. I was lured into buying this password stealer software as there was no alternative software (Majority of the typing softwares available is multi lingual ones for which I have no much exposure and they don't serve my purposes.
