computer icon locked after a trojan virsus

i have Pctools and spybot installed in my computer, but somehow i got a virus on my computer. I down loaded and ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, it found a trojan window-locked virus and cleaned the system, however I still have a problem when i double click on my ICons, they will not run, they only way to execute the programs is by clicking on the right mouse and selecting"run as" then unchecking the box under "current user" section with the statement 'protect my computer and data from unauthorized program activity", then it will run. How do i fix the Icons to run again ??

Log in to your spare admin capable account and see if that works OK. Account damage is rarely repairable and Microsoft has never claimed we can fix it. Example at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/fix-a-corrupted-user-profile

That's no fix.

thank you for your help, but i tried creating a another account, but it still does not work, the icons for the new account are also locked.

MSFT appears to have a fix for repair of the damage.

Again, remember that repair of the damage is not automatic. Removal is but the beginning of recovery.
