ERO 2012 is malware!

Last week I received a notice that avast! had a new version and to download it. When I clicked on the download it took me to a download that I thought was avast! It wasn't. It was ERO2012. Having downloaded it I was then taken to a"trial pay" site which would give me ERT2012 for free as long as I bought a product from them. Since then I have not had a day without having avast sending me multiple notices of malware scripts on my computer. Avast! didn't flag it when I downloaded it. Shame on you CNET for not only allowing a malware product on your website but also for letting me believe I was downloading another regularly used program. Shame on you for even allowing ETO2012 on your web site. You were something I trusted but will not be trusted by me any longer. You have not only let me down but all of those who won't voice their anger and disappointment here.
