is advanced pc tweaker any good and safe to use?

i done a quick scan with advanced pc tweaker,it showed 1846 errors in my windows system along with about 500 errors in other areas.i just closed it and did nothing.until i find out if it's any good i'll not use it.i'm a novice with computers so i don't know whats good and whats not.thanks

the only programs I would suggest is Maleware Bytes and Ccleaner at it's basic settings ....Digger
