File encryption Software?

Hi Friends,

I have a word document that I have to update regularly and I don't want anyone to read it. For this I have encrypted the document with a password, and saved it in a deep-seated windows folder where no one looks. But still it shows up in recent documents in Word open file list. I want an encryption software, the best there is available no need for free, I can get it pirated, good one that can't be stopped in task manager or uninstalled and gotten through high security. If any suggestion share with me.
