How to remove TROJAN Palevo/BFBot/Mariposa

My laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium operating system is infected with TROJAN Palevo/BFBot/Mariposa.
I would like to know how can I remove it. I seems that I can only log in the computer by using the safe mode.

Follow the instructions at the link below. You may need to download all the removal tools on a separate, clean computer, copy them to a CD or flash drive, then transfer them to the problem machine.:
