Notice from USPS about package delivery

Out of curiosity, I foolishly clicked on an email message allegedly from the USPS regarding confirmation of delivery [according to the subject line]. When I clicked on the link, a distorted image with writing appeared that claimed the post office could not deliver my package, because the address was unknown. Since I hadn't mailed a package, it suddenly dawned on me that this was a scam and that I might have comprised my computer.

I did a full scan on Malwarebytes and Microsoft Security
Essentials and both showed no viruses or malware. What other steps should I take to ensure that my computer is clean?

OS is Windows 7 Home Premium [X64], Comodo Firewall Free Version and Firefox 14.0.1 and Microsoft IE9.

Clean computer

From what you list for onboard security you might want to look in to getting some AV software since all you show is an aftermarket F/W. MWB is fine but it is just and add on tool that many use along with other software(s). Do some research on what techies consider effective, there are lots of opinions on what to use but many and most of the really effective packages are not free. Good luck!

No virus found after Avast scan

After posting the original message, I installed Avast Free Antivirus and ran a full scan, which showed no virus upon completion. I'm assuming that I can safely log into my bank and mutual fund accounts now. Thanks to everyone for your advice.
