In case you missed it. WPA WiFi is dead now.

We saw WEP, hidden SSID and MAC address filtering fall in 2007.
Just a few months back I saw WPA fall and the tool to do this is about 70 bucks.
For the most part the news is not widely spread and you only need to worry if
1. You have unprotected disk shares or printer shares.
2. The person who latched onto your WiFi downloads movies or "really illegal stuff."
I'm not a lawyer but would not wish anyone to receive such a visit or letter.
Please secure your WiFi with WPA2 AES/personal security when you can get around to it. These folk are looking for easy targets so don't make it easy.
