Is This A Bad Virus????

There is index card program at:
http://www.azzcardfile.com/cardfile/indexcards.html
but when I scanned the program at VirusTotal it got a hit that said it had Trojan.Win32.Heur.089
Is this a bad virus????
I use to use this program on my old computer with no problems but I'm paranoid to install any program on my new computer that even gets one hit at VirusTotal.

How many of the 31 or 32 scanners at VirusTotal found this?

And which scanners found it?

When VirusTotal only reports 1 out of 42 scanners to find a file "suspicious", then it's considered safe. Especially so, when it was ByteHero which detected Trojan.Win32.Heur.089. And NOT any of the major scanning engines. My guess is it's (exactly) why Mark asked what he did. (Or where he was headed)

I don't see a problem with it, nor do I believe VirusTotal did.

I'm still not going to install this program on my new computer though.
I'll just keeping using it on my laptop only.
