How do i get rid of this crap running in the back ground i have hughes internet (worthless piece of crap i ever had tp pay for $60 a mo)and they give you only 200megs a mo.and i got this **** running all the time.

Running a program doesn't necessarily mean it uses any of those 200 Mb. There are many programs that don't use Internet.

What program is it exactly? That might make a difference in the answer.
