WinRAR Flagged by AVG 12 as a Trojan/Backdoor.

I downloaded WinRAR from download.com the other day and AVG 12 is flagging it as a Trojan/Backdoor virus. I thought it may be a false positive but after some research its looks like it may actually be just that. Anyone have more information about this? Looks like this same thing happened in 2008 and 2009 which I found by searching the problem on cnet.com.
