I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with Rapport.
It might help to post this information at our "CNET Download.com Site feedback" forum. They would be more apt to know about any existing problems. If need be, they would be the ones to take the appropriate actions.

Sounds like a browser lockdown app.

It may be proper for flash to be blocked since one can not vet such an app inside an app.

Back to browset lockdown apps. It seems to me and all apologies as I'm a person that has written apps from the days of the GE 210 to present day that this app will purposely break web browsers in the name of LOCKDOWN.
If you don't want this lockdown, why did you install it?

I was instructed to install it while starting a bank of America online account and did not know it would cause a problem do you know how I can fix this

Already did and then a message came up from CNET stating that they know there is a problem with flash media and some other programs. But no solution on how to fix your computer after the damage has been done. So any other ways you know lhow to fix this problem? Since CNET knows there is a problem they should know how to fix it.

I noted that flash issue in a link but you didn't reveal if that was the problem. Sorry but reading this discussion leaves me with one question.

The problem is that rapport has messedd my flash media so when I try to watch video online it doess not work right

And it had nothing to do with Rapport but that Flash update.
Can you share if you changed the indicated setting?

RAPPORT IS THE PROBLEM!!! I did not have a problem with any video and flash media until i downloaded rapport. I didnt think that what i am typing is complicated. once i went to uninstall the program a message came up and said that CNET knows this problem exsist. What can CNET do to fix this on my computer. CNET knows there is an issue, lets people download it, and does not have a solution. Sounds like maybe my next email may need to go to the better business bourgh. and i have no idea what your talking about when you asked about the indicated settings, please explain.

You have repeated that there is a problem, yet never explain what it is, any error message or much else. You claim CNET knows about it yet you don't share a link to that knowledge.
There is a known issue with Flash that I noted in my first reply at http://forums.cnet.com/7726-7574_102-5141755.html?tag=posts;msg5141755
I did not tell you what that setting was since I was testing if you read the other discussion. If that's asking too much then let me part with this.
We are not CNET. Just folk helping folk and when you claim CNET knows what the problem is, that's fine but how about sharing?
