How to find stealth Keylogging and snapshotting process

I keep seeing a pop up on my computer but it goes away in a split second so I cant tell what it is. Also sometimes my keys are delayed when typing. I suspect I am being tracked by a keylogger/snapshotting software. My workstation is sometimes shared by several employees (I hate this idea), we all have admin rights to this workstation. How can I tell if there is a keylogger that officescan AV may have missed?

people about as, being a business computer, it is quite possible that the company itself has installed software to monitor employee activity and it would be rather irresponsible of us to assist in bypassing such.
