what MMDX64FX.exe?

Did a long scan with kaspersky 2010, malewarebyte, and spybot over the weekend. but found nothing. I did google the .exe file and i am so undecided if it harmful or not.

I have an acer laptop and this exe seem to handle the Fn+Key functions, like brightness up and down, screen switch, sleep, toutchpat on and off, etc...

It is definately associated with softkey functions. Different softkeys can take on varying functionality.

Usually, the computer "launch manager" can be used to vary the function of any of the these keys according to the owner's whim.
