I Give Up... Virus

I have a virus. I cant get rid of it. Please help. Cant really say much more.

Things tried:
Norton - Cant download it (Free from Comcast)
Macafee - Up to date, doesnt find anything
Malwarebytes - Up to date, doesnt find anything
All above tasks in safemode - nothing

Errors:
Incdhelper can't start
Norton Error - Cant write to disk
Computer completely frezes after about 20 minutes of use
