NIS 2006 AntiSpam no Outlook icons

I installed NIS 2006 and there are no icons for AntiSpam in Outlook 2003. Norton tech support has told me several fixes and they are stumped too. Resetting "client integration" doesn't work; using the Norton uninstall program downloaded from their website to perform a "clean" deinstall and reinstall didn't fix the problem either. Has anyone else ever had this problem? I have it on two machines actually...thanks.
