infected with trojan icons.dll

its aida_icons.dll. BitDefender is the programm I use, Iam scanning now I delleted all the Aida program but aida icons.dll cant be delleted.
Have windows XP service pack 2
AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2200
180 Gz
512 Ram

bit defender deleted the troyan and I could delete the hole programm, by the way Everest was allso infected, I was trying to see the temperature of my comp. Strage thing isnt it?
