Kelly goes into a local gun store and buys a semi auto Colt 45 pistol and a used AR15 that caught his fancy.

After details leak,"I was gonna use it for demonstration purposes and I'll turn it over to the Tuscon PD when I pick it up".

Suuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrre HE WILL,

Do you think he's a stupid hypocrite?

Now that everyone is watching...what do you expect him to do?

It would have been undeniable IF they waited until he had taken possession, BUT they didn't...so we'll never REALLY know.

You guys had your chance...and ya blew it.

We'll never know for sure now, unless Mr. Kelly has some way of proving that was the plan all along. One could argue that if he was trying to make a point he would have publicized the purchase before making it, but then the gun shop would have been on alert too.

if you wish to illustrate/demonstrate anything about an AR15,you go and buy a "nonfunctioning" exact replica of one for under $300.You don't prove yourself an idiot by buying a used one for around $1500 and then go give it away. happy

of buying one.

Not agreeing with the ban or saying he was going to give it up.

But buying a nonfunctioning replica I bet doesn't claim to do a back ground check.
