I clk on link like this.

It turns into link like this, then fails to load.

Then WHOOPS, I broke the internet appears. Maybe something adding titles to the links is messing it up?

but it did load the a-father-owns-Congress page.

It's probably a glitch either at CNET or elsewhere. I'm always amazed the Internet works as well as it does given its size and complexity.

I suspect database problem

Because it is possible to access new threads somewhat, but difficult to impossible to access older ones, just hours older. One time I ended up at a thread from 2003 started by Ian from Oz, that's 10 years ago and that wasn't the link I clked on for sure.
