Who Started Secret Donor Lists? NAACP, That's Who!

Now some of the same ones back then who supported secret donor lists are the ones yelling when the Republicans do the same.
Hmm, which is worse? Nasty threatening phone calls or crosses in the yard? Just another example of ultimate hypocrisy in America today on part of our govt institutions, creating the unlevel legal grounds and fostering of reverse discrimination.
" In the years since the NAACP v. Alabama decision, courts have never extended it to cover donors in the usual conservative-liberal, Republican-Democratic debates. A
related case did go to the Supreme Court in 2010. Challenging a state
disclosure law, it sought to withhold the names of people who had
petitioned against gay marriage. The court said they had no
right to secrecy. Justice Antonin Scalia was scathing: "Running a
democracy takes a certain amount of civic courage. And the First
Amendment does not protect you from criticism or even nasty phone
calls.""
So Justice Scalia, can we soon expect that list of NAACP members and donors to be published?
