Do they make a Plug & Play HTTP Server? "LIKE I WANT"

I'm looking for a web server to serve HTTP to the world just like I would with a Apache server and ideally have all the functionality of Apache.

It would be nice to just plug it into the Ethernet porn on the back of my router and then log into a fully functioning web server that works as if im paying for a service like cubespace or what ever its called and all my peace loving cult members and I from around the world can use... Also it being the size of a thumb drive would be ssaaaawwweeeet

There are more than a few options. Just be aware of what ports are required to be open on your home network.

Very aware thanks, I have evil Charter owned by the jerk Paul Allen the same jerk that sold TechTV down the river just cause it was not making buku bucks. I hate him.......anyway they block incoming connections to port 80 so when I need to put up a quick website I have to use port 81 or some times 8081.

But all I'm finding are USB web-servers, they require a PC powered on while being used. I would like to plug a little stick into one of my routers open Ethernet ports and all of a sudden have a web-server running on that local network. I want my "server-stick" to go like this.
You plug it into your router, open up a browser and point it to http://192.168.1.XXX and you get a screen like cPanel or what you get when you log into squarespace. Sorry I'm very tired. I work 14hrs a day and have little spare time to work on personal stuff. I appreciate the help and I hope I'm explaining this well enough for any one to see what I have envisioned in my mind.

Look into Live CD operating systems

You may be able to accomplish it using a Linux Live CD combined with an combo USB/LAN hub.

I have a few for about $5-6 a month per. I've never had bandwidth exceeded although I guess if something went viral it could, but then if you have some ad space the hits should cover the added cost. It's a lot easier, and keeps your home system safer, by using someone else's server for a nominal monthly cost.
