Murder, or state assisted suicide?

This is appalling.

"Identical twins have been killed by Belgian doctors in a unique case under the country's euthanasia laws.
The 45-year-old brothers from the Antwerp region were born deaf and
sought euthanasia after finding out that they would soon go blind. They
told doctors that they were unable to bear the thought of not being able
to see each other again.
The twins, who have not been named but have been pictured on Belgian
television, had spent their entire lives together, sharing a flat and
working as cobblers.
Belgium's Het Laatste Nieuws newspaper reported on the
weekend that doctors at Brussels University Hospital in Jette
"euthanized" the two men by lethal injection on Dec. 14.

Belgium's ruling
Socialists tabled a legal amendment that will allow the euthanasia of
children and Alzheimer's sufferers. The controversial change will allow
minors and people suffering from dementia to seek permission to die."

Kevorkian was arrested and tried for his direct role in a case of voluntary euthanasia.


Kevorkian was tried four times for assisting suicides between May 1994 to June 1997. With the assistance of Fieger, Kevorkian was acquitted three times. The fourth trial ended in a mistrial

AND he wasn't found Guilty. 3TIMES!

Kevorkian himself administered Thomas Youk a lethal injection. On March 26, 1999, Kevorkian was charged with second-degree murder and the delivery of a controlled substance (administering the lethal injection to Thomas Youk).[9] Because Kevorkian's license to practice medicine had been revoked eight years previously, he was not legally allowed to possess the controlled substance.

THEN he was found Guilty.

Kevorkian convicted of second degree murder for physician assisted suicide.

NO!!!! He was found Guilty of Second Degree Murder for Second Degree Murder.

Some people get away with murder, but if they keep it up, eventually they are convicted. That's the case with Kevorkian. Very simple to understand.

You're having a problem though

He couldn't commit physician assisted suicide any more than I could.

He wasn't a physician.

What do you think of DNR? Do Not Resuscitate....Would you call that Physician assisted suicide?

Do you think people should be able to put that in a will or advise through Power of Attorney to DNR?

The border guard asks "Are you in possession of any firearms?" Perjury is NOT the correct answer. AND you would be placed in a jail with unsanitary conditions like the Jails in Greece, and there would be NO sympathy...Just as you feel for those poor people that escaped from the Greek Jail.

and just started talking, that "They'll" take care of him. The comment from Rob is that you were bad. So what do we make of your post? Who is "they" and how will James be taken care of? Do you mean he'll be treated to a nice meal or maybe get something else in his mouth...like a big flesh and bone human fist?...or are you just leaving that up to people's imaginations? I'd hate to think coming north could have bad consequences just for speaking other than what was popular.
