This Administration hasn't passed a budget or even had the Senate present one and turned down the House budget sent to the Senate in four years (Reid pockets everything from the House and is hated big-time), so what makes you think anything will change?

Boehner went to BO multiple times during 2012 knowing the 'fiscal cliff' was coming and wanted to start working on that, including the cuts, and BO refused to meet with him.

Republicans have been 'promised' cuts a number a times since Reagan days (until Clinton) by Dems and taxes get raised and no cuts show up.......Dems lie to get what they want. I don't expect anything different this time either.

BTW...."They were able to participate in the FY 2012 budget" is untrue....they offered, BO rejected every plan and idea and submitted his own and he couldn't get even one vote, including Dems on his budget.

Reid, with support from BO, is already trying to get the fillibuster rules done away with (or at least altered so badly that it may not even exist as we know it anymore). Funny how in 2005, both Reid and Senator BO had hissy fits over the fact that Republicans were just TALKING about that......and now both WANT it and are pushing to make it happen. Oh Goodie.......another power grab.

I actually agree with some of the Dems and Republicans who have no problem with letting the sh.. hit the fan Jan 1......Dems will blame the Reps as usual, but they blamed them for everything over the last four years already, even though they had full power for the first two of them and did nothing.
