Lucky Charms or Skittles, bad luck?

Any vets or military people. please explain the reason for considering, especially Lucky Charms and maybe Skittles as bad luck.

Now, I can possibility understand, that simply the name of "Lucky Charms" can be tempting fate, but then again, what doesn't. Skittles, heck i don't like them at all, they don't appeal to me, but never heard them as bad luck. So, when did this all get started, anyone got a myth or legend to tell.

Oh yeah, I ate C-rations and never had candy of any kind, maybe chewing gum. Also, they used to have cigarettes in them C-rats, now you got candy! Just soft, soft, plain soft.

Oh yes. They were like gold. I didn't have such an opportunity during my tour. However, about most adventure with C-rats is making Hobo stew, a fine concoction of anything plus hot sauce. ------Willy shocked
