I don't know if I am alone on this issue or not....
Since were all online I tend to use the websites to my advantage for research. With that I will use the "Contact Us" feature on each website to ask questions about product A or B, for parts, repairs and yes even the odd complaint. Most often I may submit these emails early in the morning (while I'm brightest) and head off to work. I don't have time throughout the day to call 1-800...numbers.
My problem is that I am finding way to many companies do not answer emails. The worst offenders are the bigger brand name companies. It's as though the pick and choose what they want to or do not want answer (whether or not they know the answer). Some conpaies provide a tracking number but even those are not followed up on.
I don't know if it's due to cut backs, attitude or have they heard too many complaints about stuff made in China. Or do most just not care any more?
