This has got to be the wierdest news story I've ever seen.

Underground condos in Florida, independently powered and "off the grid', and more, they're all sold out. At a relatively small 1820 square feet they sell for a cool 2 million a piece, and what's more, they're all sold out.
Is this the ultimate in lunacy among the hyper-rich. It's obviously a refuge of some sort. The smallness puzzles me since it wouldn't have cost much more to enlarge the living quarters by 50%.
Anyway, whether you're afraid of WW3 or Zombie invasions you're too late, they're all sold. Will this be the start of a building boom for the family who has everything, including money to burn?
