Speakeasy forum: This has got to be the wierdest news story I've ever seen.

A new or rather yet combo of drugs have entered the drug world and can cause totally weird brain activity or non-working one to turn a person into an uncontrollable Zombie like or actions to include eating another. It can be found in the street name, "bath salts" a bad mix of already known drugs that act upon the brain with negative results or side effects/actions.

.... anywhere in Florida and not have it fill up with water. In fact the whole state at it's highest is only 350 feet approximately above sea level, and that's nowhere near Miami.

Looking at the article now it seems the condos are actually in Colorado. I don't know why Colorado would be worried about Miami zombies.
