Speakeasy forum: The shortest horror story. (you'll like it)

The subject would require considerable debate, arguing and name calling. There would need to be discussion as to why only one person was left on earth and how that knowledge was verified. We'd need to determine what it was that caused the death of the entire planet but one person. We'd need to figure out who was the last president of the US, what was his/her political party. We'd need to debate as to whether it was that presidents fault or one of his predecessor's. Once determined...and there would never be consensus...we'd need to argue about why it was a man who survived and not a woman...and what selfish act on the part of this man allowed him to escape. Of course we'd get into religious debate as to whether or not what happened was some sort of fulfillment of prophesy or some proof of false teaching.

I could go on and on but just wanted to let you know how SE operates.

How did the last man react? Did he sit there weally weally quiet? Did he get up and open the door? Did he shoot through the door? Did he think it was Jesus "I stand at the door and knock, if any man hear and open the door..."

it's all been political activists and only for candidates from one party.

First time they visited in years.
