I'd like some specifics, Josh. Both you and Grim threw out giving aid and comfort to the enemy like a blanket, wishing it to cover those who might disagree with some of their views. I just can't see such a blanket being thrown over large groups when a person has an opposite view of something being discussed.
Grim, you mentioned government policy and Josh mentioned the well known phrase"those were the days". Things have changed with some government policy. In the past, the CIA didn't practice assassination as a standard policy. The KGB and GRU may have liked playing with things like poisoned pellets fired from an umbrella, but our side had a policy of not using assassination. Well, things certainly have changed. We don't use pellet firing umbrellas, but missile firing drones.
I bring this up because in the past, the CIA was commonly looked on as bad/evil agency by many of those on the political left. Their accusations mentioned assassination many times in charges of supposed Agency "evils". Now that Obama is in power and it is an accepted policy using the drones, is it still bad/evil/negative, or is it now a good/proper/positive thing?
