Supreme Court Ruling Allows Strip-Searches for Any Arrest

The Supreme Court on Monday ruled by a 5-to-4 vote that officials may strip-search people arrested for any offense, however minor, before admitting them to jails even if the officials have no reason to suspect the presence of contraband.

Remember folks, that the Patriot Act allows for arrest for any minor infractions. Obama began the year with signing a bill allowing indefinite detention of Americans. And many states will arrest you for not having identification that meets their standards. Now, you can be strip searched for jay walking. Of course if you didn't do anything wrong then you have nothing to worry about, right?

How much safer do y'all feel now ?

maybe this calls for soiling your pants more often. i mean, if a cop is going to majorly inconvenience my day, i'm gonna hit him right back with anything i can, like a turd.
