Outlook4Gmail - Error: "Service is not found"

Hi,
I am new here and my english is not the best. I am even not sure if this subject is in the right forum...so please sorry for mistakes!
I've got the following problem:
I already installed the Add-In "Outlook4Gmail" several times and it works fine. Last week I installed it once again and I always get the message "Service is not found" in a little popup window.
My system: Win7 64bit, Outlook2010
Version of the Add-In: v3.1

http://scand.com/products/outlook4gmail/ has a contact phone. There should be someone there who can tell you what service it is (and how to start it).

And, while you talk to them, be sure to ask them to give a better error message in their next version. If it should have said something like "Service xxx not found. Make sure it is started."

i`ve tried it several times to call the contact phone -> nobody there
i`ve written 2 mails to the support team -> no answer...

can anybody please help me?
which service is missing? sad
