Publisher not working

I have Publisher 2007 with Windows Vista.
I cannot edit any of the documents I created in Publisher last year. The program was installed on our computer when we bought it several years ago (i.e., no Product Key code) but no where does it say it is/was a trial version so i don't think that is the problem. Can someone PLEASE help me?!

There were a lot of PCs sold with that in an OEM version. Dell comes to mind. This version is LOCKED to the original PC and the license expires and is not valid for use on another PC.

At least you can get Publisher 2007 on Ebay, Amazon and other places to carry on.

I only have your story but it sounds like the same one.

Thanks for the info. Just to clarify -- I'm on the original PC where the softward is loaded. You are saying the software has expired so I'm out of luck? And, are there any free versions of Publisher I can download?! Thanks again

Or write. It would be nice to read more about the original system. I dropped the DELL clue but your post was incomplete so I can't verify anything.

I know of no free versions.
