2010 Word and Headers

I've got a manual that was written for us here. It has a common header on all 45 pages and within it there's a Section number callout. I have 8 Sections within the manual but the header as its setup only shows 1 Section number on all the headers. It should have been done with separate sections I know but it wasn't. Is it possible to have all 8 of my section numbers appear accordingly in the header as I like or do I have to overall the whole document. Thanks

Here I could insert Section Breaks as needed. It appears you need to do this 7 times. Why not?
