How to repair Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Applications?

Hello,

When I tried to start Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Applications, I received the following message:

"Cannot find one or more components. Please reinstall the application."

How can I repair this program? Thank you!

I would uninstall it, reboot the computer, then reinstall it.
