Task Management Software

I'm looking for productivity software that will help me organize some fairly complicated projects I have coming up.

I'd like to be able to create a project with a due date. Based on a template this project would include a number of tasks with their own due dates. The program would want confirmation and/or information for each task by a certain date and time. If it did not receive the data it would flag the project as missing something. I would want to be able to look at all tasks under a certain project, and also all tasks with a certain due date for all projects.

I basically have no idea what's available out there. Any ideas?

Take a look at task management solution QL Task.
It has many functions. I would say that at the moment it is one of the strongest products in the market.
