Maximizer CRM

Has anyone else out there had problems with Maximizer not standing behind their product. I have been using Maximizer for a number of years and the last time I updated to the newest version , it never worked correctly, it will loose notes, and scheduled appointments , (kind of important) when I call Maximizer for support they tell me I have to pay for it. I will never buy it again ,and do not recommend it to anyone.

When the database is on a network drive and NOT when it's on a SQL server.

Support is not free and some take issue with that.

Hi I'm very sorry to hear that it depends a lot on where you bought your software from normally in EMEA regions you deal with Business Partners and not Maximizer directly as Maximizer supports their clients trough their business partner networks, if bought from US or Canada then you can deal directly with Maximizer.

I'm surprised however that you were not able to get support and was asked to pay beforehand normally that's not the case especially if you have an active software assurance.
