Helpdesk software for Project Office

We are looking for some free helpdesk software that will help us to manage the queries we receive in project office on a daily basis. We have looked at some available options for example Spiceworks but I finding these more IT based which is not what we are looking for. Has anyone got any suggestions of some reliable free software we could use? Thanks

But let's get you started with a list of Open Source Help Desk software.

Remember that most are for ticket tracking and so far NEVER answer the query since that would require an AI machine like Watson (read http://www-03.ibm.com/innovation/us/watson/index.html )
