There are few different products, depending on what are your needs, like:
- data mining
- reporting
- analysis
- dashboards
- forecasting
- optimizing
- developing
- researching
- monitoring
I find those easy to use, with nice interface and efficient.
You can get immediate support and help, but i think that all is pretty simple for users.

Take a look at software called The Scheduling Manager, from Thoughtful Systems, Inc., who've been developing software for the field service industry for over 25 years.

It includes capabilities for customer information management, accounts eceivable (invoices, etc.), job scheduling, payroll, mapping and much more!
